You can find all the zip codes we service on our Service Area page. Each location has its own list, so you can quickly check whether we cover your area. If your zip code isn’t listed but you’d still like to book a pickup, just give us a call — we may be able to accommodate.

A “bag” refers to a standard 13‑gallon trash bag that must be tied and free of any rips, tears, or overstuffing. Bags over 15 pounds are considered overstuffed. Pricing by the bag helps us keep pricing fair, consistent, and predictable for everyone.

If bags are packaged incorrectly at pickup, a Laundry Fairy will reach out to you with a couple of options. We can return once the laundry is repackaged into the correct 13‑gallon bag(s), or we can separate and repackage the items for you and send pictures to update you on pricing.

All bags should be placed on the porch by 8 AM (unless given a specific timeframe) on the day of your pickup. If you schedule a same day pickup, a Laundry Fairy will reach out with a pickup window within two hours of booking.

Pickup and drop‑off days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If we pick up your laundry on Monday, it will be returned on Wednesday; if we pick up on Wednesday, it will be returned on Friday; and if we pick up on Friday, it will be returned on Monday. If your order is completed early, a Laundry Fairy will reach out to confirm whether you’d like an early drop‑off.

Free & Clear detergent and a Free & Clear dryer sheet are included in every standard order, and upgrades are available for an additional cost.

One Time/Non-Members: Payment is due at the time of drop off. You will never be charged before your items have been returned. Members: Membership invoices are billed at the beginning of the month. Commercial Clients (no contract): Payment is due at the time of drop off. You will never be charged before your items have been returned. Commercial Clients (contracted): Invoices for the month prior are sent at the end of the month. Because commercial clients are charged by the pound, we collect payment once all weight for the month has been totaled.

Canceling/rescheduling is simple, just call/text us at (405)456-9112 and we will adjust your booking accordingly.

A $10 fee applies to any order canceled on the same day as pickup, as well as bags that are not put out. We’re a hyper‑local, family‑owned business. We understand that emergencies happen and we do our best to work with customers whenever possible. However, we also have to respect our time and our employees by avoiding unnecessary trips to pickups that aren’t ready or planning delivery routes that end up being canceled. Clear communication helps us stay efficient and serve everyone well.
